WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
One Piece. If you are a hobbyist, or inventor, or need a couple of prototype parts for your newest product we can machine that. Will you get better price if you do ten? Sure. We quote your project at multiple quantities so you can decide your best value.
What materials do you work with?
If it can be machined by conventional means we have probably machined parts from it. Plastics, resins, carbon fiber, aluminum, cast aluminum, bronze, brass, steel, copper, stainless - 303, 304, cast iron, forged steel, tool steels -A2, D2, M4, P20, H13, titanium, AR400 and prehard steel -4140.
What file formats can you work with?
We use Fusion360 and find that step files import best into that software. In our experience, .sldprt and .prt files also import well. In most instances a .pdf .sldrw or .dxf of the flat layout is satisfactory for quoting parts.
What if I don't have a file or a model?
We can reverse engineer a working design from your parts. We can generate both soild models and the required blueprint.
